Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Red Palm Live collects through redpalmlive.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Red Palm Live is operated by Royal Berry Productions in Los Angeles, California.

Information we collect

• Registration (Get Casted): your name, email address, a password, three photos (headshot, body shot, and side profile), an optional IMDb link for credits, and a record that you confirmed you are 18 or older and agreed to project notifications.
• AI projects: if you want to be considered for an AI project, we may ask you to send us photos and a voice recording. We use these only to consider you for roles and, for projects you approve, to create your AI performance.
• Contact form: your name, email address, and message.
• Automatically: like any website, our hosting provider receives your device’s internet address and basic browser details when you load a page. We do not use this to identify you.

Your account

• What an account stores: your name, email address, password, the three photos you upload, your IMDb link if you add one, and your booking history with us.
• Your password: we store passwords only in a protected (hashed) form. We cannot see your password and will never ask you for it by email or message.
• Your photos: the photos you upload are stored on our hosting provider’s servers so that we can review them for casting. They are not shown publicly. Only you (when signed in) and our casting team can view them.
• Payment details (only after you are booked): once you are booked on a project, you may choose to add a PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo username so we can pay you. This is optional. We store only the username you type. We never ask for or store bank account numbers, card numbers, or payment passwords.
• Password reset: if you ask to reset your password, we email a one-time link to the address on your account. The link expires after a short time.
• Staying signed in: the site uses a sign-in cookie that is needed for your account to work. It is not used for advertising or tracking.
• Deleting your account: you can delete your account from your profile at any time. This removes your account details, photos, and payment usernames from our systems.

How we use your information

• To consider you for roles and contact you about projects.
• To reply to messages you send us.
• To run, secure, and fix the website.
• We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Who we share information with

• Form delivery: sign-up and contact messages are delivered to our email inbox by Web3Forms, a form service.
• Hosting, accounts, and fonts: the website, account records, and uploaded photos are hosted on Cloudflare. Password reset emails are sent through an email delivery service, which receives your email address for that purpose. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
• Donations: the Donate links open Cash App, PayPal, or Venmo. Payments are made on those services under their own terms. We do not receive or store your card or bank details.
• AI production tools: projects you approve are produced with third-party AI video and audio tools. The photos and voice needed for an approved project are uploaded to those tools to generate your scenes and are handled under those providers’ own terms. See the AI Likeness Disclosure.
• Release platforms: finished projects are published on platforms such as YouTube, as listed in each project description.
• We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

• This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not track you across other websites. Because we do not track, the site does not change its behavior in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
• Other than the services listed above, we do not allow other parties to collect information about your activity on this site.

How long we keep information

• We keep roster and account information while you remain on the roster and delete it when you ask us to.
• Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and keep a record of the conversation.

Your choices

• See or correct your information: email us and we will tell you what we hold about you and correct anything that is wrong.
• Stop notifications: reply to any notification, or email us, and we will stop sending them.
• Delete your information: ask us at any time to delete your profile, account, photos, and voice recording. We will remove them within 10 days and will not use them in any new project.
• Projects already released: a project that was released with your signed approval may stay available after you leave the roster.

Security

• The site is served over an encrypted connection. No website can promise perfect security, so please use a password you do not use anywhere else.

Age

• This site is for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, email us and we will delete the information.

Changes to this policy

• If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change affects how your information is used, we will also email roster members before it takes effect.
