AI Likeness Disclosure
Effective October 4, 2026
This page explains when and how your face and voice can be used in a project made with AI. Red Palm Live is operated by Royal Berry Productions in Los Angeles, California.
Signing up does not give us your likeness
- Joining the roster only means you agree to receive notifications about upcoming projects.
- We do not create an AI version of your face, body, or voice because you signed up. Nothing is made until you approve a specific project.
Your approval is per project, in writing
- Before any AI project uses you, we send you a written description of that project. It states the project title, your role, what your AI likeness and voice will be shown doing and saying, where the finished work will be released, and how it will be promoted (for example, trailers, posters, thumbnails, and social media clips).
- Your likeness is used only after you sign that description. If you do not sign, you are not in the project.
- Your approval covers that one project and only the uses written in the description. Any other project, and any use that is not written down, needs a new signed approval from you.
- Take the time you need. You are welcome to have a lawyer, or anyone you trust, review the description before you decide.
- We keep a copy of every signed approval and will send you yours on request.
What we will not do with your likeness
- We do not create nude or sexually explicit depictions of any cast member’s AI likeness.
- We do not use your name, face, or voice to advertise or sell anything other than the project you approved.
- We do not sell or license your photos, voice, or AI likeness to anyone else.
Compensation
- Compensation is stated in each project description before you decide.
- Current AI projects are credit only: your name in the credits, and a reel of your scenes on request.
Leaving the roster
- You can ask us at any time to delete your photos and voice recording. We will remove them within 10 days and will not use them in any new project.
- A project that was released with your signed approval may stay available after you leave the roster.

You own your likeness
- You keep all rights in your own face, voice, and name. Your approval is permission for the described project only, not a transfer of ownership.
Who can join
- You must be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
- Before you can be booked in an AI project, you go through a screening so we can confirm that the photos and voice are really yours.
- The photos and voice you submit must be your own. We do not create an AI likeness of anyone who has not personally signed an approval.
Changes to this page
- If we change this disclosure, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change affects how your information or likeness is used, we will also email roster members before it takes effect.
Report a profile
- If you believe someone has used your photos, name, or voice without your permission, or a profile is not who it claims to be, tell us and we will review it and remove anything that should not be there.
