Casting Disclosure

This page explains what it means to join the Red Palm Live creative roster, how casting for our independent productions works, and what you can expect about pay.

What joining the roster means

• When you sign up, you agree to receive email notifications about upcoming projects. That is all signing up does.
• Signing up is not a booking, a job offer, a contract for your services, or a promise that you will be cast.
• You can unsubscribe or ask to be removed at any time.

How you are included in a project

• You are only included in a project after you say yes to that specific project. No one is cast, scheduled, or credited without their own agreement.
• Each project notice tells you the title, the role, the expected dates and location, how the finished work will be released, and the pay or other compensation, before you decide.
• If you accept, the terms for that project are confirmed with you in writing. You are free to decline any project, and declining does not affect your place on the roster.

Pay and compensation

• The compensation for every role is stated up front in the project notice. Some independent projects pay a modest rate. Others may offer only screen credit and footage for your reel.
• If a role is offered for credit and reel footage only, the notice says so plainly, so you can decide with full information.
• Any agreed pay, credit, and footage are confirmed in writing for that project.

We never charge you

• Joining the roster is free. We never charge a fee to sign up, to be listed, to audition, to be considered, or to be cast.
• We do not sell classes, photo packages, or any other paid service as a condition of being considered.
• Red Palm Live is operated by Royal Berry Productions, which casts exclusively for its own projects. Please note that we are not a talent agency or management firm—we do not represent talent, nor do we guarantee work or placement with third parties.

Your photos and information

• We use your name, email, and photos only to consider you for roles and to contact you about projects.
• We do not sell your information.
• If you ask us to remove your profile and photos, we will do so within 10 days.

Who can join

• You must be 18 or older to join the roster.
• The photos you submit must be of you.
